DIFFERENT faiths from across Ealing came together for a show of unity during an Inter-faith pilgrimage in Southall at the weekend.
More than 100 people attended the event, all from a variety of backgrounds including catholic, christian, islamic, hindu, sikh and hebrew.
Attending the event was Mike Tiley, an Anglican who attends church in Ealing. He said: “The event went very well. There was a very positive atmosphere throughout and there were lots of people who’d only just met talking to each other so that was good.”
“The pilgrimage wound its way through Southall, taking in a number of churches and temples.
“It was good to see people from so many different backgrounds coming together and getting along with each other.”
